If someone here at Capcom Europe official staff gets Nittsuma-san over the line for adding Megaman to ULTIMATE Marvel vs Capcom 3, I will pay 80€ for the game.

80? That's not that much...

I honestly think he'll be added as DLC at the very worst. He's already mentioned the X version would be most fitting. Remember, with the excuses that were given for Ghost Rider and Strider - not sure how to use his bike and not fitting in, respectively - there probably is a big chance Megaman will make it.

Yeah most of us have seen those slighlty dodgy screen shots, i think he will be in the first wave of dlc, like it will be X with classic Megaman as an alternate costume

now some rational thought; Megaman is Capcom, he is the face, the mascotte the bodyguard the mentor he represents Capcom and yeah he is my ultimate favorite character from capcom.

one secret for one time; I am an adult man from 28 years old, and as some people of this forum knows I was diagnosic on my 7 years old that I have Aspergersyndrome from autistic spectrum, which is a high level format of Autism, I am something between the autistic world and NT (neurotypical or persons with "normal brains") when I was a child I had not a single friend so I was (and still am some sort) Megaman with my more than 100 robot masters and Doctor Light. this was and is still some sort of my autistic world.

it comes to this point actually, when I am with people around me I can "act" as quite as possible as normal, when I am alone just on my one; just call me the most crazy person of this planet earth with quitte a bit of revolutionary ideas.

I dont think your going to hear the end of this anytime soon, the fans want Megaman in the game and will keep requesting it in the hope that he is eventually added. I for one would be quite happy to see him, i might never play as him, but he has been in a lot of our lives for a long time so he does mean something to most of us.

Nope, people won't stop until he's in the game.

Then when he's in the game, they will go on about how he isn't right.

Then they'll want X, .EXE and Volnutt versions.

Then THEY won't be right either.

Someone will then start a petition or something...
