Hey DOA was very good... the girls looked like the girls from the game... riiight...
And KOF - The Movie looks... how to put it in words... surprisingly BAD.
Even Future Cops (the Chinese version of Street Fighter) is better (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106545/) (you can also check out youtube for more, or just buy the movie like I did ).

The only fighting game movies I enjoyed were the Mortal Kombat ones. Don't shoot me. :P Then there's the classic so-bad-it's-good Street Fighter with the Muscles from Brussels. DOA was pretty entertaining due to the sheer amount of cheese oozing out from it.
