Default PC - Street Fighter X Tekken - DLC issue
There is some problem. Free DLC are not available in russian GWFL marketplace. And russians can not download them from other regions.

USA: costumes and free DLC - http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Pr...=1&PageSize=60

UK: costumes and free DLC - http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Pr...=1&PageSize=60

Russia: only costumes, no free DLC - http://marketplace.xbox.com/ru-RU/Pr...=1&PageSize=60

Also, Steam-version doesn't have all free DLC.
