I know last time Capcom had to chase Sony up to see what was happening and the last batch finally appeared for PS+ Not sue if they came for none PS+

Publisher submits to Sony. Sony then filter it through internally. In this case, Capcom probably haven't submitted them. There's also a lead time that has to be met. Avatars take their sweet time to release anyway.
Personally, I'm too busy playing rather than tinkering with what avatar to get.

Look, I don't wish to point out the obvious and make things seem stupid, but RE5 as one example released over 3 years ago. The Vita released a couple months ago. We've been asking for these for YEARS.
The Vita excuse is beyond poor. And is a script not working really stopping you from resizing something in photoshop?
Mind = blown.

Something’s take a long time for very little return. So they are not prioritised.
Avatars is one of these, without sharing confidential information of our first party partners there is an extremely long process that involves localising large reams of data in 12 languages in the submissions process. There are no shortcuts and the whole process can last several months from start to finish.
It's very time heavy and simply put we don't have the staff to make this 100% priority ahead of getting a game out of the door and on the shelves.
The good news is that there is a large batch of avatars going through the process as we speak, whether they're the ones you want however...

There is always a tonne of things that need to be done licensed etc... The good news is that we're styrating to get on top of it, we have a coupel of digital staff who are driving this through the system. Neil will update you on Avatars and when they go live.
