Looking for dragons! ... and other topics

Yeah, that's it. I want the fastest way to find dragons to hunt. (or drakes, or wyrms, or whatever they are called)

First because I want to get more dragonforged level armors and weapons.

Second because I love hunting dragons.

Also, is there any guide about where can i find pieces or armor or something like that? I want to find high level weapons and armors who doesn't look silly and passing the game everytime for every kind of weapon is too slow.

So, any advice with those two subjects?

Ever Fall is your friend, or you can set up quick travel to the various locations of the drakes. I know a fire one is near some camp on the west, and apparently another drake near the Shadow Fort but I've never seen it.

Ever Fall is probably the best bet since it's only a 4 day (in game) wait for them to respawn whereas on the map it's about 7-10 days.

Dunno about your second question though...just level them up?

That is the same dragon, (For type purposes: the drake)
West of the rest camp, south of the shadow fort.

Most, if not all of the other ones are all in the post-game.

A wyvern (Lightning dragon) spawns in front of Gran Soren during the postgame.

Another drake will be in front of the ancient quarry,
And there will be another dragon around the windbluff tower. (Though I'm not sure if that was a Wyrm (Ice dragon) or a Wyvern. I remember it popped my achievement for killing one of each though)

There's also three stronger versions of each of them, who spawn in the temple of the waterfall god, on top of the bluemoon tower and...somewhere else (sorry, I forgot where.) The drake, Wyrm and Wyvern in those locations give a item called "Drake's/Wyrm's/Wyvern's" tear that appearantly increases the drop rate of rare items if you have all three of them.

All that info now makes me want to play the game and find them...I stopped playing it but I guess just didn't truly have enough. Ugh!
