Devil may cry 4 Audio out of Sync

Hi guys,I am experiencing a really bad problem with this game & I can't find a patch or answers about this online :bash:

The audio in DMC4 go out of sync during the cutscene,& it totally ruin the game.

I am running the game on DX10,1440x900,Vsync ON,max quality & variable framerate,my pc configuration is:

Windows 7 - 64 bit
4gb ram
i7 930 2.8 Ghz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 480
Logitech G35 7.1

I sent 2 email to CAPCOM support,I have pay for this game,can't balive that they don't have answered to me in 24 hours...what's the point to have a support service if they tottaly ignore the client?! :(

Ok,I have solved,the problem was a program that come with my motherboard called "EPU-6 Engine",this program modify the frequence of the cpu to save energy or to have better performance,so the change in the cpu frequence create this delay with audio/video in the cutscenes .
