Bison reminds me of a younger Bruce Willis but no clue what that is about. Would have been cool if Goku ate a magic bean to regain his strength. :p
It's just a video project from a Dutch school which, from what I gather, was about making a commercial. It was fun to watch.... and better then Dragonball Evolution, but that's a whole different topic.
Since it's not really related to the game, I'm moving this to the General Discussions though.

Anything is better than dragonball evolution. So much is wrong with it. So wrong. Such a shame.
