Hi, guys!
So, I love the HD remasters of RE4 and CV. It's great to experience these games again, and of course it's always a plus to get achievements whilst playing an amazing game.
So, do you support these great ideas? Do you want the previous titles released, too? If so, please join any of these newly created Facebook groups of mine. We need to let Capcom know that re-releasing more of the originals on Xbox Live Games on Demand and Playstation Network will be a good idea, and will sell.

Good idea but I want them on disk as well, the Japanese market is getting RE1 2 3 in a boxset RE4 & CVX as a separate disk release for both PS3 & 360 but not the REmake or Zero as far as I'm aware which would be good to have. Wheres our Boxset???? wheres our disk release :thinking:

Whilst I think the original RE1, RE2, and RE3 should be ported over to XBL...I'm not so sure they should be remastered. I'm not entirely sure on how great a PSX remaster would really look, and whether it'd be worth it or not.
With REmake and Zero, however, it'd be nice to see them make the jump from the Ninty consoles to the other 2, but I also think they should be left as they are. Not entirely sure a HD paintjob for the games is really all that neccessary, given how nice they already look.
The reason I say for XBL and PSN is because it's more of a possibility if we ask for it as digital content. That said, there's always a chance that it could recieve a retail release, like the upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. So, if you'd like it on a disc aswell, then make sure to mention that in the comments of the Facebook page (which I believe you already have, LT Jones ^_^).
thezombiemessia, as far as I am aware, the PC versions of the original three games were much higher in quality, as far as textures and pre-rendered FMV and backgrounds. I'm not sure about this though because I'm used to the PSX versions. So, they could make them look a bit nicer if they used the PC versions to edit and then port them to XBL and PSN. Either way, as long as they just increase the resolution of the main picture, it'll look much more clear. And then if they feel the need to upscale some textures, they can do so easily, as it shouldn't take too long, because of how the games are made. I do feel that Remake and Zero, especially, would benefit from a HD-remaster, as I think that Resident Evil 4's HD-remaster looks FANTASTIC!! ...and Code: Veronica's looks pretty impressive, too, which is why I think Resident Evil 2 and 3 has great potential, too (Code: Veronica was better graphics originally, I know). But yes.. lol.

Well remake and zero could be remastered, but i also doubt that RE2 and RE3 would be any good to remaster.They need rather to be remade like it was done with RE1.

capcom you heard the people now get to it! all resi's with achievements and leaderboards for xbox 360 and ps3 in europe PLEASE!!!!!

I wouldn't mind seeing the games hit multiple consoles, I have both digital and disc versions so it's no loss to me either way, but it'll be great to hear the perspective of people working backwards from RE4 and 5, and I mean that in a good way, of course. :P
