Zangief: has got to be Rainbow Mika (to make her comeback and debut of Street Fighter IV graphics) OR Rufus (because he was seen in the Cinematic Trailer against Bob for Tokoy Game Show)

Lili: definitely on Asuka Kazama (because they are both rivals but they could be friends like they did in Panda's ending in Tekken 6).
