I've already remortgaged myself to the hilt for life just so I can afford a new character or two and some play tweaks only about 8 people in the world will notice. Bankruptcy here we come and I for one can't wait :rolleyes:

Yeh I would like to know this also.
Ultimate MvC3 wasn't in our plans. It was the result of the recent tsunami that de-organised our teams.
Our original goal was to release 12 DLC characters.
From my point of view it looks like they are trying to make us feel glad that the tsunami hit them...:bash:
Suddenly the Ultimate MvC 3 looks much better if you think of the alternative.
CANT THESE PEOPLE RELEASE A GAME IN A COMPLETE STATE FROM DAY ONE?!
Look at Namco how beautifully they give us All the character there are to give without DLC and EXPATION poo!

^ Careful! Harada on Team Tekken has already spoken favourably about DLC.... Soul Calibur IV will probably use a fair bit, too.

I don't think that's very appropriate or right. Unfortunately these things happen, and they throw people off, just as it would with any studio environment.
It's not some elaborate kooky scheme.

Agreed, there does seem to be some cynasism with some of the members on here somehow believing that Capcom are using the Tsunami as an excuse, i can guarantee you right now that no one would ever do such a thing. We are talking about a disaster that robbed people of friends, familes, whole communties where gone in the blink of an eye. If Capcom tell me the dlc schedule fell apart because of this i have no reason to doubt them, would you put a priority over making a game for some ungreatfull westerners when you havent heard from a loved one in days?
Sorry i dont normally get all serious about anything but the sense of entitlement some of us in the West have truely astounds me, and makes me a little ashamed too.
