Guile vs Bison (the cutscene, arcade mode)

If you use japanese language.
When you meet Bison in the arcade mode Guile say Vega to Bison, the subs on it says Bison.
And I`m pretty sure that Bison and Vega is 2 diffrent persons :P

Probably not the place to tell Capcom errors in their game, so where is the place to tell them so that they know?
Well that question will probably never be answered on here :P

This was on Super version, PS3.

In the Japanese version Bison is called Vega, so for the English subs to say Bison whilst the Japanese audio says Vega was probably intentional.
