So I got the game and it is just a normal cover, what gives?

If Europe were not meant to get this then I ask you please stop posting stuff like this on the blog. It is misleading and serves no purpose other than to say "Yo guess what Europe is missing out on yet again!"
Now if only my 3DS console would arrive early...

You bought the game but you don't yet have the console?
I ordered the game and 3DS from different retailers.
yeah some times you get games early if you order online.
I got Condemned on 360 9 days before the 360 release as I had orded it online.
Madness I tell you.
The Mrs 3DS will be here either today or tomrow so I am looking forward to that :D
ANy word from Capcom if we were mean to get the 3D cover or not then? If They post it on the blog I presume yes...

I went in to Game, Gamestation, HMV and had a look around Morrisons, no one had the limited edition cover so im assuming its a US only deal. Pity too, would have been nice to have that cover...
The game is a bit of a disappointment anyway, there are no online leaderboards as far as I can tell.
So why would I play this when I have it on console? I don't have a reason to anymore, it plays better on consoles, I can use my stick on consoles, and console matches aren't laggy (no ping filter in 3DS version so fairly often you get a horrible laggy match, plus every match is wireless for both people anyway).
Cannot even say 'good game' to an opponent on 3DS.
Sorry Nintendo handled the launch of this product in Europe.
But you're quite correct that post should never have been on the blog.

I dont think we would have minded if it was clear that it was US specific, just was a bit unclear is all. Anyway, Capcom can make good on it and let us buy it off of the Capcom euro store ^_^
Not quite the same but the official nintendo magazine has a 3D covr with Super SFIV...

I mean I can understand why we do not have a Capcom Store due it would have to be bloody HUGE considering it would have to have each game in every language in Europe and deal with the different currency systems
But I would love to see something along those lines in Europe or even the UK =(
