Just wanted to make a thread asking for clarification on fighting game lingo, more specifically for this game.
Examples: qcf, df, etc.
Can you knowledgeable folks note down all the main ones used. It will make it easier for me to understand what you're talking about. ;)
qcf - quarter circle forward (fireball)
otg - off the ground
df - down forward
etc - etcetera

EventHubs (http://www.eventhubs.com/)
Shoryuken Wiki (http://wiki.shoryuken.com/Main_Page)
SRK General (http://wiki.shoryuken.com/Strategy_Guide)
Definitely 2 of the better places to go to. The third link is more universal to every beat 'em up, just find the game you want to find their own notations.
SRK's MvC3 section is pretty good. Everyone who has the guide would also suggest that but SRK will have it anyway (or in time will).
Keep in mind though there are slightly different notations used on games like BlazBlue, Soul Calibur and ocassionaly Marvel, too. Instead of always using d-pad notations they use the NumPad (your keyboard!) eg. 2 = db, 5 = neutral. Mainly used on Soul Calibur and BB though.
