What!? I have a feeling that if this true, then it could be a military squad-based TPS where you play as UBCS and/or USS/USF members.
The first thing that crossed my mind was Outbreak, but then I slapped myself and said keep dreaming. Outbreak#1 and 2 will never be revived and a 3rd File is very unlikely.
