I ran into this a while back. It's made by an animator, so I'm not sure if this is a fangame he's working on or just a nifty little video he threw together to show a concept he thought of. It's pretty awesome to watch regardless, anyway!

it worked with Megaman X 7 and Legends in 3D why shoudnt the original Megaman work in 3D?

Wow, I'd buy that. It could easily be a Wiiware game, as I think Megaman 9 was popular on Wiiware. Or a handheld game.
