SSFIV Costume pack problems

There is a problem with the newly released SSFIV 'Ultra Challengers Pack 1' & 'Ultra Costume Catalog 1' DLC on XBL.

Although you can pay for it at the moment you aren't able to download it. Microsoft is currently looking into the issue and is attempting to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Don't worry if you have already paid for the pack, you will be able to download it once the issue is resolved! Just hang in there...

Microsoft have fixed the problem so you can download the packs now. I have already downloaded both of them already

Yup, I can also confirm that the costume pack and catalogue are both downloading perfectly.

I just downloaded "Ultra Costume Catalog 1" to my xbox 360 hard drive. The download was confirmed and everything went fine. The problem is that the alternate costumes do not show up anywhere. When I select a character, all I get are the usual options of colours, taunts and quotes. What do you think the problem is?
