360 Display Problem

I have had the game since last weekend have played it for few hours thinking maybe problem might go away but driving me crazy.
A line seems to cut threw certain parts of the screen when the action is heavy with alot of movement .

Its not my tv as works fine with my pc my ps3 and other 360 games so i dunno maybe its the game?? My tv is full hd lcd samsung and im on the premium console which microsoft have fixed 3 times cause of red ring problems for me.

Any help would be great

what size is your tv? because i have a samsung, running through a HDMi lead instead of scart which isnt fully reliable, but im also running on a Ps3 which has yet to fail on me.

It's called tearing, usually it happen while fps exceeds monitor refresh. It's strange because the game is capped to 30fps that is lower than every monitor, but happen.
Maybe there is a frame buffer...

By the way, you should activate Vsync. Ops, you are using a console AHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH.

Are you playing in 1080p if so nock it down to 1080i or 720p that will resolve the problem.

For some reasion on some tv in 1080p you do get screan tear.

Thanks everyone for the quick replys its a 42 in tv and yes i had it on 1080p so ill try changing the resolution when i get home from work cause its edit Spike Language me off lol
