Unless this has already been revealed and in the case that it has I'm sorry, onlyonet has just posted in my thread and confirmed that all of the pre-order DLC including the DLC not available on pre-orders in your region/area will be available for everyone to buy after release.
The DLC so far that I am aware of are the following:
Ninja Theme
Sports Fan pack
Psycho Set
I'm hoping that this thread will help others like me who were having second thoughts or trouble deciding which pre-order to get to decide which to buy so you have the bonus content you want available from launch and get the others later on.
