Save all the survivors in Still Creek.
There are a total of 12 survivors in Still Creek. However, only 10 of them can be saved. They are as follows:
Archie Eaton
Bob Blackrock
Fausto Vargas
Jason Wong
Darcie Blackrock
Gemini Vargas
Nikki Valentino
Sharon Riesinger
Tia Hernandaz
Katey Greene
Dick Jones (The Pawn Shop owner) and Jed Wright (The Mechanic) CANNOT be saved. These two do not count toward the achievement. After bringing the last survivors (which should be Bob and Darcie Blackrock) the achievement will unlock.

Escape Still Creek with Katey.
*This achievement is Story-Related and CANNOT be missed*
After finding the last bike part, you will be prompted to examine the bike. This will engage a cut-scene. After the cut-scene, you must flee the Government. Follow the path through the town. After coming to the tunnel at the end of the path, the achievement will unlock.

Defeat Jed the Mechanic.
*This achievement is Story Related and cannot be missed*
Jed the Mechanic will appear after you give Katey her dose of Zombrex at 7:00PM. You will fight him in the backyard of the Gas Station. He is just like any other Psychopath. Simply kill him and the achievement will unlock.

Kill 100 zombies.

Kill 1,000 zombies.
The best option is to play on a different playthrough than your first. Killing 1,000 zombies will take a good portion of the game, and attempting to obtain the story achievements while going for this is extremely tricky. There are plenty of zombies around to kill, and plenty of things to kill them with.

Spend $100,000 in the pawnshop.
You must spend $100,000 in the Pawn Shop for this achievement. This achievement will come with time. Money is scattered all over Still Creek. This can be earned across multiple playthroughs, however they MUST be on the same file. Saving Gemini will help tremendously with this achievement. She will give you $15,000 for saving her the first time, as well as another $15,000 for saving her gems in the Quarantine Zone. Repeat this, and the achievement will come eventually.
NOTE: Gemini will only request you to look for her gems if you save both her AND Fausto.

Find and return a bike part.

Rebuild the bike.
The Bike Parts are as follows;
Wheel- Obtained from Dick the Pawn Shop Owner for $5,000
Handle Bars- Trade a broadsword for the handlebars from Archie.
Engine- Found in the alley behind the Movie Theatre
Bike Forks- Found in the Water Shed. (Find the key in the Still Creek Hotel)
Gasoline Canister- Found by a gas pump in front of the Gas Station.

Build a combo weapon.
For this achievement you must build a combo weapon. Any weapons that you find across Still Creek with the wrench icon, will have the ability to be combined. To combine these items, you must first locate a Maintenance Room. Inside these rooms have a bench inside. Place the items you want to combine on the bench, and it will be combined.
See "A bigger taste..." for the weapons you can create, as well as the locations of each component.

NOTE: You DO NOT need to have each of the weapon's combo cards to unlock the achievement. All you need to do, is make each weapon once.

Unlock all the doors in Still Creek.
There are a total of 5 doors to unlock in Still Creek. The list of doors to unlock is as follows;
Water Shed: Key obtained from finding it in the last room in the Still Creek Hotel.
Movie Theatre: Enter the Movie Theatre's front entrance and go through the back door.
Bob’s Fish ‘n Hunt: Climb to the Corner store's roof, where Bob is. Travel along the awnings until you reach the awning above Momma's Diner. Travel across the rooftops until you see another awning adjacent to the Department Store. Climb to the roof of the Hunting Store, drop down and open the front door.
Sheriff's Office: Climb the dumpster next to Bowling Alley, and hop the fence. Travel through the alley until you reach the Sheriff's Office and open the door.
Pawn Shop: Save Dick Jone from the zombies, and he'll open his Pawn Shop.
After unlocking the final door, the achievement will unlock.
Clueless No More (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../game/dead-rising-case-zero/achievement/43169-Clueless-No-More.html) 10
Purchase a clue from Dick, the pawnshop owner.
After saving Dick from atop of the van outside the Save Zone, accompany him to his Pawnshop. Once inside, he will offer you two separate clues to help you. The first clue will cost $1000 and the second clue will cost $2500. Simply buy one of his clues, and the achievement will unlock.
