Spider-Man and Masamune, please!
Edit: ok, so neither of them were Spider-Man or Masamune but it'll do. Super Skrull should be very interesting to see and Trish, well, I don't know whether she'll be so good she's better than Dante or just plain average. And Dante is pretty awesome as it is!
Can somebody guess these characters and maybe if Megaman stands between it?

Rucky! I'm waiting for Masamune and Vergil. Then my team may be complete. Maybe!
I'm still hoping for a few more characters, but everything past this stage is a bonus.
Vergil would be pretty sweet too (a whole DMC team!!!!), but I doubt it since we've already got two DMC characters...
I was kind of hoping we'd see some characters from different Capcom franchises rather then a couple from the same games (like the Marvel revealed characters) seeing as there aren't so many people to choose from in the MvC3 roster? :(
Surely there are enough quality Capcom characters they could use? ...although I appreciate that they are appealing to the fans with newer game characters.
I'm hyped for the Marvel team so far though. :)

I think it's worth listening to Nitsuma-san in here. Especially about stages relating to characters. I think Volnutt will be returning a bit different to his TVC outing.
