Infinite Ammo spoliers

When you complete the game, you are granted with infinite ammo. But when I enable the option it just doesn't exactly GIVE me inf ammo. How do I get inf ammo?


Would make the game easier for me.

There are two conditions:

1. Complete the game
2. Max the upgrades of the weapon

[T-Virus]

you first need to fully upgrade a weapon or if you have the money all weapons if you done that then if you go into bonus features and go down the list it should give you a list of things you unlocked or can buy with your points you etherscored from playing the game all the way till the end or by playing mercenaries and getting points off that then there should be a feathure that sais the gun model that you fully customised and it sais ammo and that turned 8 that means infinity ammo and there you go you have infinite ammo

this only works for the specifide gun that you FULLY customised
*MAJOR SPOILER* as i will give you some advice start with fully upgrade you M92F (the very first hand gun you start with) you will unlock a special weapon M93R its also called the buretta if im not mestaking the run that has being used in almost every resident evil the one that shoots 3 bullets at once

then i would advice you to fully upgrade your VZ61 as this will unlock you the gatling gun
also note the weapons you unlock are not free

I have a quick question about infinite ammo.

When playing online how does infinite ammo work then, do you get to keep the infinite ammo you have, or do you have to hope whoever is hosting has upgraded and enabled infinite ammo for that weapon?

What you do is

upgraded your gun fully.

go to the bonus features menu and find your gun that you upgraded then purchase it using points

go to back, then into special settings, make sure you saved then go to infinite ammo option and turn it on inside that menu.

In answer to my own question having tried it out, if i upgraded my S&W M500, and gave it infinite ammo, but another player hasnt got that gun or upgraded it, i still get the infinite ammo, but i only get infinite ammo on the guns i have set at infinite ammo, no matter whether i join or host an online co-op game.

Didn't know that this game HAD an inf ammo mode.......

Kinda kills the idea of conserving ammo.

I still find it quite novel that you can infinite ammo for the guns you love most, admittidly i do like the high end stuff, smith and weston revolvers, or the Hydra *drools* what a gun.
