View Full Version : HELP!!!! Career Mode--I am going to trash this game

I am about to throw away this game!!! I have really enjoyed playing this game but I am soooo frustrated with the career mode. I have completed the 125cc season and finshed 1st. I have finished the 250cc season 3 times and took 1st place in each seasons. I have a 17 reputation level and it still won't let me unlock motogp. I have over $919,000 in cash. I understand one needs to get better rep level but from everything I have read it should be around level 13 or 14. Please help!!!

I was really frustrated w/the game, too. Just sold it back to Gamestop yesterday.
I only did one season on 125s and 250s and went straight into MotoGP, I was rep level 18 though, thats possibly the minimum?
yep rep lvl 18 is the 1st bike, so you need lvl 18
It's the best.....they should've called it 125&250cc 09/10!!!! 20 buck trade-in at Gamestop....trade it while it's hot.....Red Dead Redemption is great fun!!!!!

Well I believe its something you must be doing wrong m8, As I did first year on 125s on hardest settings, well if there is any as I carnt remember been that long since I played due to 3 laps restriction. But I did 125`s, was on level 23-25 or something and I totally bypassed the 250`s and jumped to Moto Gp. If you look at my profile I got the 125 acheievement and Moto Gp but not the 250`s. Its either the difficulty if there is one, You may not be applying the right sponsors and engineers. You may also not be sticking to the line and completing the on track challenges etc etc.
I actually took my own career bike into Moto Gp straight from 125`s, Oh and it was the first season I done, Was getting beat my a margin for the first few races but pulled it back and won the championship. No I remeber now just ignore my above statement, I did in fact do 2 year in 125`s, Think I just missed out on first Championship, Bought a new 125 bike for some
stupid reason and did another season and won the title. Then was able to buy a Moto Gp
bike, The tyres felt like Concrete slabs I swear. The career bike feels awful trust me. But I won that and never played it since.
Im now playing SBKX but will always support these Moto Gp guys for their efforts and good communication with us fans. Hopefully they will learn for the next game. Just wish theyd of fixed the lap restriction.
Well ever since I tried to put my profile on my memory unit so I could play in my living room on my son's xbox, it will not recognize the profile meaning I have to start all over again which really pissed me off. So I haven't played it since and that 's been two months ago. I'm hoping the update fixes it but I'm not holding my breath. It's obvious they rushed an unfinished product.
