Is RE5 really the last RE (main) game? I remeber when RE5 was still in development that the producer was it? that said this is the last installment

Anyone got any news on this yet? because their still missing quiet alot, not all the answers have been answered. Ada? Claire and the BSAA? not to mention all the others, but i wont go into detail.

(and yes i know perhaps everything story-wise that happens in RE5, and im still left woundering...)

It's not the last game in the series. I don't believe Capcom ever even suggested that it's the last.

Resident Evil 6 has already been singled out as the game that will have to reboot the franchise again.
