ok this is going to sound like an utterly screwy question but, ...
A hunter from the EU boards (here) came over to the Unity boards (USA) about a month and a half ago looking for the release regions of MHF:U to see if it will be released in Australia... Turns out that nobody knows.... so as I believe Australia falls under PAL, does anyone here know if MHF:U will be released in Australia?
I'm going to try and PM some mods while I'm at it...
You can pretty much guarantee that it will be, and if not just import it from the uk, its usually cheaper to import it anyway.
Yes, it will be released in Australia and New Zealand. No release date as yet though, I'm afraid.
Woo-Hoo!!! i am the aforementioned hunter....never been a member here,just checked on the site reguarlly,but been a member of US boards for a while now....am so pleased to hear this,have been waiting to know for ages!!thanks tenebra,and i love the look of the site these days....will definatly be spending more time here from now on...have been playin Monster Hunter for ages,borrowed MH1 from a friend back in the day,kept it for 6 months cos he didnt like it...too hard 4 him lol...and worked my way through both MHF1 and MHF2 solo,tutored a mate through MHF1 when he wanted a new game for his PSP,then him and another mate through MHF2 when that was released....currently working on the last few special training on MHF2,and getting those last few awards and titles...damn gold crowns...(solo again-i moved town recently)

Im not sure about Australia but according to mightyape the NZ release date is as follows "The local Capcom distributor has sent word that the eagerly awaited multi-player action RPG Monster Hunter Freedom: Unite (http://www.capcom-europe.com/product/PSP/Monster-Hunter-Freedom-Unite/2710942/) for the PSP has been put down for a June 26th release."
It should e out around the same day as new zealand
