View Full Version : some very special psychologic questions... .
I want some things to ask everyone on this forum as this is my favorite capcom forum. (I have also an acount on capcom unity but I use this only for some news items.
the things i want to ask and these are very difficult questions even for psychologists but maybe I get a solution from another person on this forum. (I learned also by myself psychology)
first thing: as everybody knows on this forum i have autism (aspergerform)
and there are moments (with my girlfriend) that I have tears in my eyes without any form of grief even without any "human feeling". What can I do against this?
second thing: I know from myself that I have a slight form of multiple personalities disorder as I take the medicin Risperdal (which is anti-psychogic) against also a slight form of schizofrenic behavior. my question: what can i do as acting and living as one personality (if anyone has a solution.
third thing: I know the term exist, but I have also a form of DEREALISATION; which means "I can watch myself from a distance and acting as a robot (remember my alter ego Megaman for example?) Has anyone a solution for this?
fourth thing and maybe really a "wacko" thing: sometimes I want to put myself beyond "Humanity"; any good advice on this?
Well, I'm afraid I can't really give much advice on this. The issue about having tears is not uncommon, however. Occasionally, the eyes may find themselves dry, and needs to use the tears to keep them moist. I admit that I myself sometimes have tears when I'm not sad. I highly doubt this is a psychology issue. I just wipe them away and they're gone.
I don't know of any solutions per se for these problems. However, one thing you should definitely not do is try to be someone you are not. Just be yourself. No one can ask for more than that.
Don't worry too much about it. :)

Only thing i can coment on is the first one. It seems like it's more of a random uncontrolled thing. The best thing you could do is just accept it, keep a tissue in your hand and act all manly when it happens lol.
Any form of multiple personality dissorder would generally be something you have to find the answer to yourself, find out what's triggering it and del with it as best you can.
Sorry this isn't probably much help but anything is better than nothing right :)

I wouldn't worry about the tears. That sounds quite natural. Different things cause the tears (dryness as mentioned above). Windy condition, barely blinking when reading or watching something, tiredness etc.
Talk to your doctor or whoever is guiding you about the split personality. It's possible you do this depending on your environment and who else is around you. Part of this, to me, sounds kind of natural (to a certain degree). Think of it like a "Comfort zone". Your best friends surround you, so you will behave differently to when, say, your evil boss is around you. If though, you're switching back and forth in whatever environment then yeah, you have a slight issue that is best discussed with someone professional. For now, just examine your environment and see how that is effecting you.
Not quite sure what you meant by the third one. I'm assuming some outer body experience. I've read/heard people have this experience as they go to sleep or randomly wake up during the night (coupled with sleep paralysis. Scary!). I really wouldn't know how to advise you on that since I don't know much about it.
The fourth one, again, sounds quite normal to an extent. I suppose it all comes down to human limitations. How far can one push their mind and body. This type of philosophy or mindset, I'm guessing is usually serious business for bodybuilders, martial artists and I would say academic minded people, too. Straight away I would say read up on Bruce Lee for his philosophies. The guy seriously pushed his mind and body and you won't really understand it until you research heavily into him. On the surface he makes it seems any Average Joe could do what he did but when you research more about him you will begin to see where he was coming from and how he was training himself.
Anyway, good luck with your search for answers.

Yeah, I always had that when I stared at the screen, to make sure that I don´t miss any second of some new awesome game XD
second thing: You should go ask a doctor, because we don´t know enough about that (okay, maybe there are others here who have that disorder thing too, but I don´t think so, because it´s not that common). Out of curiosity though: Do you notice when your personality changes from one to the other? Or is it rather slowly, so you don´t notice it?
The third thing sounds actually .. cool? Why is that something you want to get rid of?
4: Did you mean you want to be better than just a human or something like that? Lots of people want that, some even think their soul is the soul of a dragon, and they get along with their situation, so.. there must be some way for you too, right?
You should first think about why you want to do that.

First, second, third, and fourth questions have the simplest answer:
Talk to a doctor.
Whilst the members of Capcom Europe can be here for you as friends, we cannot offer you medical or psychological advice.
This may sound like I'm brushing this off as something that we can't talk about, or should ignore...but I do have life experience with this. My fiancee is being tested at the moment for the severity of her Asperger's Syndrome, and has also been prescribed several medications to combat things like Schizophrenia.
But, despite all of this life experience, I can still say for 100% certainty that a gaming forum is not the ideal place to ask for advice or help regarding these problems. A doctor and/or a psychologist is the best option by far.
They are trained and paid to take care of you, no matter how small or big the problem. They are professionals, we are not.
well said TZM .... i was about to say the same thing
it is ok to go to your friends for advice or to share information or seek help ... but what you are talking about here is something that can be considered serious ....
we are not even remotely qualified to answer your question, even if some one among us is a psychiatric still he can't help you through a forum , you need to set with the doctor have long talks make some tests ... you might need to see more than one doctor ....
it is ok if you want to discuss your problems with us .... but to give you solutions for medical conditions !! i think we will only make thing worse ... there is a reason why doctors study medicine for 7 years ...
fourth thing and maybe really a "wacko" thing: sometimes I want to put myself beyond "Humanity"; any good advice on this?
i would like to comment on this by saying "DON'T" .....
but you should discuss this issue with a doctor ...

if you don't mind , can i ask what is Asperger's Syndrome ? if you don't mind ?

It is a forum of Autism, whereby you struggle to understand body language and facial expression's. It makes it hard to grasp things such as irony and sarcasm.
Or at least that is what I understood from watching embarrassing bodies last night lmao.
