View Full Version : Famitsu Reveals Frank West & Monster Hunter Costumes for Lost Planet 2

The latest Famitsu has released in Japan and new costumes revealed were Frank West - of Dead Rising fame - and a Monster Hunter costume which is a PS3 exclusive (as opposed to the Gears of War characters being 360 exclusive).
Ironic given the fact that the 360 will see a MH title but the PS3 won't just yet.
You can find images of these costumes on the 'net but given the fact that they are scans, I won't be posting them here.
it's good news that Ps3 owners will get something special.
OH yeah! Rathalos armor in HD, I am glad ps3 gets something from Monster Hunter.
I was looking over the internet for the pictures but couldn't find any, so I went back to this korean blog of some guy and I found a scan there but funny thing is I had already seen it today and back then I thought "Cool a Monster Hunter-like armor in Lost Planet 2" without realising it was actually from Monster Hunter, loool I am such a fool.

Japan only ( For now ), sorry to tell u this ^^
I wonder if it works on the EU when u download it from the JPN store.
I find it even more ironic, because technically speaking, Dead Rising 1's star Frank West, will always be the game that didn't make it to ps3.
I would've switched around with Wesker, really.
The Rathalos armor hunter makes sense, since the original Monster Hunters started on the PS2 with that hideous router addition. ;)
Edit: Just to add, I'm with Spike on this one, glad you PS3 players are getting stuff as well! <3
I read about this on IGN. Absolutely gutted. I'd rather have Monster Hunters than Marcus and Dom...

Its good that PS3 is getting something, maybe now the PS3 players will quit complaining. Probably not though....
I'd like the monster hunter armour on the 360 version as well. Im guessing it might appear as DLC as most things do these days *fingers crossed!*

Well I know western PS3 owners won't be getting this since it is Japan Only for the Monster Hunter Outfit
