After trying wifi with the ps3 and wii I would not even bother with Wifi with the 360.
Prefer to stick with a wired conection which is more stable or use home plugs

Plus the link on the first post, if correct, would prove that a Wifi 360 would be rumour as it states that they are cutting back the elite due to the financial climate and the rumoured PS3 price drop. With those actions Microsoft wouldn't turn around and release a more expensive version of the 360.

I use it for the PC but when it come to gaming on any platform i always use wired as i have had far to many problems with wireless and gameing.
Sony have already put the original 60GB model in a grave for some time, so this is one more decision based on the production costs (although it is still a rumour).
I use Wi-Fi on my PS3, but since it is 3m away from the router hardly would have any problems with it... As for my PSP, I only can play on-line if use it in the same division than the router, as soon as I place walls between those two I start to get disconnections while gaming... :(
