I'm not sure about you, but I think that dynamic themes on the PS3 are pretty amazing. It's also no secret that I kinda like Mega Man a bit. Put the two together and you get the above spectacular result!
Using Nitro Man's stage as a background, this dynamic theme features Mega Man 10 characters as they race each other while you browse your console's interface. It's pretty interesting to watch, especially because the results are randomized every time.

I'm not sure if it is only for USA, I'll check when I get home.
