View Full Version : i can't play online with my friends or anyone in street fighter 4(PS3) HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first two day it was fine but after that I couldnt at all if Im sending an invite to one of my friends or if he sends to me all of us are getting this massage (cant participate in this session) this really sucks not only me even with my other 8 frends we all having the same problem I even checked on the net and LOTS of ppl have it!!!! i dont know about the 360 but with the PS3 is like this and all capcom games
Note (this is not the first time that happened it also happened with ST2HD and RZ5 demo and all of us cant go online while with the other games they are great and because of this all of us have already canceled our preorder of RZ5 cause we are 90% sure that it will be the same )
Please capcom help us
Welcome, and by the way, are you sure your not just lagging? I mean, people have this problem on 360 too, work well with other games, not so well with some, it all comes down to internet connection. or of course theyre COULD be a problem but I dont know anything of it.

no man Im sure that the internet has nothing to do about it cause most of my friends have different ISP and also all other games are working fine so what gives???
I wish if anyone here could inform me what to do like I said me and my friends are dying here and like I said before its only with capcom games and I dont know why

what are yor NAT settings on the PS3?
NAT TYPE 1
NAT TYPE 2
NAT TYPE 2 moderate
NAT TYPE 3 strict
Check them under the internet status on the XMB

I'm having the same problem but its on Xbox live, I dont know the Xbox ports so I just forwarded every port (1-65355) on both TCP and UDP and that did not work, any sugestions?

Setting those ports alone seemed to have done it, tyvm :)
