Awwwh, does this mean Lara's no longer raiding tombs for artifacts anymore? That's pretty disappointing. That was her favourite thing to do; where's the fun in her job/hobby now. ;D
I'm not liking the title very much though, it just sounds like a children's novel/film now :/
But that's Crystal Dynamics for you; making unnecessary changes to the Tomb Raider franchise. I'd hope to see Tomb Raider 9 with the Tomb Raider name intact.
A downloadable game though? Interesting, I wonder what it'll be like. I'm hoping for a 2D action adventure. With puzzles. But we'll probably end up with an FPS, or a Peggle-like puzzle game. :D

Hah! That's true :D
On the upside, it's dropping something that mostly unrelated to the plot.
But on the downside it's dropping any connections in name from thes eries that made it what it is.
If anything I think it should have it as a subtitle or something.

Due for release this summer.

It's set in Central American jungles and temples. I think they still should've kept the Tomb Raider name though. She'll probably end up raiding an ancient temple for an ancient artifact anyway.
And is she wearing her iconic green top and brown shorts? That'd be really nice if she were. Hopefully she'll have her lovely braid back too. (On closer inspection of the pictures, it looks like she does! Hoorah!)

Puzzles and traps? Yay!
And it seems all single player games are going down the route of co-op gameplay lately. This game has. Thankfully, it's been said that the whole game can be played on single player mode too. :D
