Smart acquisition after the popularity and success of the LittleBigPlanet franchise.
I am not surprised to be honest. looking forward to more of their work.

Huh...I honestly always thought they were a part of Sony already.
Well, obvious move to be honest, and a smart one.

Me too
Great move for Sony.
Oh, I had somehow assumed that LittleBigPlanet was developed by Sony themselves. But... has Sony actually ever developed any titles internally...? :chin:
EDIT: After making this post, I went and did a bit of research. Turns out that Sony do actually have a number of notable franchises under their belt...
EDIT: And it really was a silly thing for me to say, considering I have previously attended a Sony developer's event... Ah well.

Heh, sony has god of war and uncharted franchise under themselves no?
I knew Media Molecule wasnt sony´s studio, cause they said once: Maybe we will expand to other consoles. Good move by sony, lol.
Im curios if heavy rain will be succesful, will sony aquire quantic dream? That could be a good move too

It's great news for the guys & gals over at Mm ... as long as the "big bods" over at Sony still give them free reign to create, play, share ...

Yeah, Naughty Dog and Sony's Santa Monica (GOW developers) studio would be - IMO - their prized assets (along with Polyphony Digital, Guerilla Games and Zipper Interactive).
As for Quantic Dream, it might be a good venture, especially with Heavy Rain topping charts, selling half a million in its first week and in high demand. With Sony, they could do a lot more with their tech (Quantic Dream's tech is used in the movie industry where motion-capture is concerned).
