STREET FIGHTER 4 collectors edition for ps3 redeem code problem in download content

hi i have the street fighter 4 collector edition in ps3 and have 12 digit content for download extra costumes .... i put the code and and i click next and again and i see the download file but i click to go back before download to read the list with the extras and after try to return back to download the message say you cant download content ... how i find way to download this content .. please if some one from capcom can help me :(
