ps3 framerate

hi, most third party driving/racing games on ps3 suffer from screen tearing and poor fps. :mad:

will motogp 09/10 on ps3 have a stready framerate and no screen tearing.
also will there be weather effects or changeable weather.

The framerate will be 60fps!
