Hey guys, I was talking to some people on here about this AMAZING book I have which chronicles the story, art work, concepts, all the creatures and characters in Resi 0,1,2,3 and Code Veronica:X
I found out that its now avaliable on Amazon for œ145...when I got it it was œ20!!! Its a shame theyve hiked the price due to people getting hyped about about Resi 5 coming out. But it is an amazing book. When the price levels out I highly suggest you hardcore Resident Evil fans invest in a copy.

I would, but the book is full of errors and translation mishaps, making it a kind of disappointing item.
The price is due to the fact that book is now out of print. I know, as Ive looked everywhere for a copy. :(

Unless youre able to point them out? I didnt notice any to be honest.
The books been at that price on amazon for at least a year. I have a copy in mint condition which im going to ebay i think.
It has lots of concept artwork including quite a bit of stuff on 1.5, Every charecter and creature profiled, every items in game pic and description, every file from the games, a chronological table, a glossary of terms and each games story detailed with cinema reel sections featuring stills from the games cut scenes.
There are some some silly mistakes with the story telling though, though it is kind of like a test of your nowledge to see if you notice them.

I has errors, one is where annette is supposedly present and shoots leon for a second time in the shoulder b4 tyrant turns up and corners them at the lava pool bit, annette escapes according to the book and then ada turns up and sticks the big fella in the lava where as in the game annette isnt present in this bit at all let alone does she shoot leon twice. There are no doubt more, ill take a look some time over the next couple of days and post some if people are interested, i have to do uni work right now though so i dont have time to do it this second.

Most of the time its only spelling mistakes or translation problems, nothing major.
Though Ill admit that bit youve mentioned is odd.

The errors and mistranslations hardly make it a bad item in the slightest. Its a great reference and an enjoyable read nonetheless.
I got my copy for around œ20 as well, and the prices its going for now are pretty ridiculous.
