One thing im still confused about though, why did he ask Ada to get him a G-virus sample from William if he couldve just extracted a sample from his own blood?

Wesker dose not have the G-Virus dorment within his body (at least, not to the degree the Birkin had). It may be derived from the T-Virus, and maybe the G-Virus as well, but it definitely is not either of those individually.
That, and a blood sample isnt necessarily as effective as a pure sample since it can mutate over time, Birkin was also refining the virus over the years to something way beyond what Wesker may have previously been injected with, during the time Birkin fled to work for the Government he made improvements to the G-virus that wouldnt be known to Wesker, this information would also be important.

What is different between williams dead body.
And weskers blood/body?
Who much improvements can there be in 2 months? :s

Maybe because Wesker doesnt have the G-Virus in his body? Irrelevant of certain assumptions based on loose info, the G-Virus was never confirmed as being the product responsible for Weskers Neo transformation.
Also, the G-Virus that Birkin had would of been more suitable for BOW testing, whereas (IF Wesker had a perfect G-Virus within him and thats a big IF) the G-Virus within Wesker would have been something he would have wanted to keep to himself. Wesker-esque BOWs that could overthrow you would not be on the agenda methinks, whereas the experimental-friendly G-Virus within Birkin would be more suitable, given testing and whatnot.

Ada retireved a sample of dead tissue from G after she died, Wesker had her extracted in order to get the virus, im not sure which RE2 story is canon (Leons or Claires) but it would be likely she survived either scenario.

Birkin mutated entirely in to G, whereas Wesker has been injected with an as of yet unknown virus, if he was not injected with G, then he obviously would not have the G-virus within his system.
A sample of Gs regenerated would give a greater insight in to how the virus was created, what it did to him as well as giving the foundations for further research.

....Wesker didnt inject the G-virus in to himself, he injected himself with a virus that Birkin created for him, which has not been properly identified, If he had injected G, he would have mutated the moment the Tyrant impaled him due to it rapidly regenerating lost and damaged tissue.
And youd be surprised as to what improvements can be made in two months, considering that he dedicated his life to his research, he would have been able to fix some flaws, conduct tests and possibly come up with a breakthrough within that time that would completely overshadow any research or notes that Wesker had access to.

The canon storyline for Resident Evil 2 is Claire A - Leon B.
This is the one where Ada gets crushed by Mr X slamming her against the core of the underground laboratory.
And as has been stated, nothing ever confirms what Virus Wesker has inside his body. So the assumption that it is G is not a proven one.
Thats true, it could have been a lesser or prototype version of G, so he could still have injected himself with the G-Virus, just not the one that Birkin had developed to the stage that was in RE2, but, as you said, this hasnt been proven so it could go either way, sort of.

Weskers Report itself isnt that bad...just the footage put with it.
The information that he gives, for the most part, doesnt contradict much.
But either way, things in WR1 have since been retconned by things like Umbrella Chronicles, etc.
