Did capcom release sweet home (pre resident evil) with a English translation? via capcom game collection?

No official translation exists to date, a fan made translation exists, but its illegal to download it.
And this isnt a Resident Evil topic, a move to All Capcom Games would be appropriate.

This game may be the foundations of the RE series, but as it isnt RE, it should be moved to another area of the forum.
Ive always wanted them to re-release the game...Im hoping for a Virtual Console release to be honest...
