DO you know what NAT type you have?

Type 2 could be your problem

I sugest to try and port forward

http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

choose you router follow instructions for following settings.

Playstation Network Required Ports:

TCP 80
TCP 443
TCP 5223
UDP 3478
UDP 3479
UDP 3658

Remote Play & Gaming Required Ports:

TCP 80
TCP 443
TCP 5223
TCP 9293
TCP 10070-10080
UDP 3478

UDP 10070

That should help you get connected.

If it does not work I dont know what to sugest, but let me know either way so we can just take it a step at a time.

Don't open port 80 to the ps3, that's why your PC connection is stopping.
