i recently found out a further 1 character is going to be announced/confirmed after the big 3,
is this 'completely new' character a mystery to all, or does anybody know,

From the leaked list that have been 100% correct so far:
Hakan - an oil-crazed Arabian grappler.
And at the end of the latest trailer you can hear a voice saying "Its time to oil up" (or something like that) so guess he too is confirmed. The only mystery is what he looks like and his moves.
There's been rumours about his ability's, though possible, I think they're a bit overexaggerated.
He's supposedly able to go into "Oil Mode", which makes him immune to grabs.
A design sketch (mostly obscured by Ono-san's Blanka figurine) posted on Eventhubs shows of a bit of his possible design.
Though it just looks like he'll wear a turban, and a dark'ish blue outfit.
Nothing of this is confirmed though, so wait and see!

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out, I'm glad they're including characters from countries not included in previous titles, adds a lot of depth to the quirky world of Street Fighter.
Its safe to say, unless he was purposely made to be a fake to cover the real character, it's more than likely going to be Hakan, although I guess his moves where a joke as a political stab at the US, its not hard to imagine.

hakan name is a Turkish name. hakan is meaning Ottoman Emporer (Turkish Hero) ..
