Last year, Wii versions of Biohazard and Biohazard 0 were released in Japan.
Have anyone heard anything about european releases for these games? I really want them!

I hope Capcom changes their mind about this. Since the games are already done and translated and everything, it would be like free money for them if they released it >_>

a disc that makes the Wii region free out there? I recall a load of people using it to play Super Smash Brothers Brawl, totally legal over game shop counters.

Yes there is... or was. It was called Freeloader, but it doesnt work anymore since Nintendo updated the system.

Hm, all I can recommend is that you buy the games now, wait until a new console rolls around, buy a cheap second hand Japanese console and everything to safetly run it, a lot of effort though, but its the only thing I can think of.
Youre not missing out on much, they are identical to the gamecube versions, they just use Wii-controls.
Well if you have Zelda:TP you can install the homebrew channel, which is perfectly legal. Then just load GeckoOS afterwards onto your SD card, that will allow you to run jpn imports legally, and you wont get rip off by companies/individuals.
To be honest, i dont think the jpn version do have any english text in it, only the dialogues are english. Just get the GCN version, runs on the the Wii anyway, but probably doesnt have 480p, not sure.

But to play the Gamecube versions you need a Gamecube controller...
Well, I still hope Capcom changes their mind and release the games here. But I might have to invest in a japanese console sometime anyway, there are many good games that only get released over there. But since Capcom tend to release most of their games worldwide, I still think/hope there is a chance for these RE titles.
Looks like your prayers have been heard, Both games have been confirmed to get a NA release, so with a bit luck we might get them as well. Now if capcom can do a mobile versions of DMC4 and resident evil 4, they could do a BH5 port for the Wii, that way we can get most of the main series on one console.
