If a case is worth that much to you, just import it and put your PAL discs in it.
If not, I dont see why youre making a scene.

I kind of understand where youre coming from. Its a bit like the whole Wii Sports thing. Its just a nicer package to have a standard plastic box cover instead of a sleeve. You could probably make one yourself fairly easily. Who knows, if theres just such a big demand Capcom may make some printable cover art. Demand is always gonna grab their attention even if they dont actually do anything.

For what its worth, the Ties That Bind disc is actually inside the cover that the game disc is in. I cant think of a similar game to describe it, but its definitely without its own case. That being said, I am happy with my purchase, and happy to have it almost three days early too!
One question though: the box art for the Collectors Edition inside the big box is the old ugly SF4 box art with Ryu on front. A bit disappointing but soon to be easily fixed! =D
