A release date has been named, the 23rd April 2009 ( Japan ). I read it on xboxfront, but this could be only a rumor or a mistake, cause playasia.com lists MHG Wii for the same date, so it might be Just be G. But anyway, 1 of em will be released on the 23rd April this year.

Why is an Xbox site mentioning the release of a Wii game, out of interest? A demo of Monster Hunter 3 shall be included within the Monster Hunter G port, yet the game itself is not due for release until the Summer. (http://uk.wii.ign.com/articles/953/953949p1.html)
