It works with IE8. Judging from the look of the screenshot you have JavaScript disabled. The tool is written completely in JavaScript, so you need to allow JS for RotR (at least). JavaScript isn't the voodoo based backdoor creator security imposter anymore...
UHHM, edit: It indeed has trouble with IE8. Fixing now.
