Starting a whole new career, youll never be able to win a race at champ difficulty as long as you havent upgrade your bike.

So I thought, lets start a new career on easy, upgrade your bike an then switch to champ difficulty after the first season. But it looks like youre not allowed to switch between the difficulties.

I dont get it - how do you win a career at championship difficulty? I kept training the first track/race over and over again, Im using simulated handling, manual gears, slightly raised top-speed and nearly full grip. Place 24 in the starting grid was the best I could get. After the lights went green, I went up to the 5th-8th place, but lost all these places after turn 2 or 3. The best result was 12th place after my 3,435th try. Theres absolutely NO WAY to beat the opponents on champion as long as you havent upgrade your bike. You need to be competitive, and therefore you need to have an upgraded bike.

Well, Im experienced with the Moto GP-games for years, so its not a matter of my own skills. Whats the point to solve this problem? Am I deaf, dumb, blind ...?! I cant imagine that champion is that difficult. There must be a way to beat this game mode. The only question is: HOW?!

qatar is a hard track to pick up points. for some reason i qualified on pole by over 2 secs at shanghai (yup on champ diff) so was able to win that race. i also found assen, estoril & donington to be easy to pick up a large amount of points. do well in these and pick up the odd points here and there. you should then have enough points to change team and upgrade the bike for next season. u wont win the championship in the 1st season.
