Resident Evil is a make believe zombie game unless of course you happen to live in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The local Bestbuy there is going to great lengths to, lets say, get you fully involved with Resident Evil 5. The event is so huge and out of control that the Army is literally being called in for support!

Ok no one will be dying, but I guarantee if you re a Resident Evil fan or just want a hell of a time you will be sure to enjoy this. Bestbuy is hosting a full fledged launch event for Resident Evil 5 that will bring the game right to life. The store will include a haunted house, quarantine centers, actors to scare you, and events both inside and outside the store. The army will be involved by encountering the zombies and firing blank rounds from real M16 s.

So if you enjoy being chased by chainsaws, want to get a nice scare, or just see Resident Evil 5 come to life when you buy it, this event is probably perfect for you. Being a gamer I know where I would want to be if i lived in Pennsylvania come Resident Evil s launch.


Its a shame we dont get anything like this over here.

Oh well, looks like well have to make do with the acne infused sweaty clerk making up random inane conversation as way of being polite, annoys me when they ask Have you play this yet?, Yeah, Im buying a game I already own just for a lark, its what I do.....

But yeah, its a shame that there isnt going to be any sort of event like this for Resident Evil 5s launch. At least one that is made publically known.

As somebody on another forum pointed out...In the UK all we get is standing out in the cold, freezing to death.
