View Full Version : Who Would You Like To See Return To The Series?
Hey Everyone! Thought This Might Be Interesting, Who Would You Like To See Return To The Resident Evil Series?
I would quite like to see Barry back in the series (if only so he could say some epicly terrible line, like i nthe original).
Rebecca Chambers and Ada Wong, one seems to have just vanished and the other one I want to know whats going on? Resident Evil 4 threw up more questons then answers.

Barry, Rebecca, Billy, Ada, Sherry and Carlos.
A return of Ark, Bruce and Fong-ling could also be good.
I essentially just want Capcom to finish the stories they started...Introducing characters and then leaving them alone isnt fun...
I agree, i would like to see the plotholes filled in. characters suck as HUNK, Rebecca, Billy, Carlos deserve to have their storylines finished or at least expanded on . the list of characters goes on for practically ever! its understandable why not every character can be explained in detail. All we can do is hope (and complain).
in the horror genre i think its always better to have new ppl in every ince in a while and kill off the old people, just makes it more evil
Well I agree with most of you here would love to see most of them back.
Even if its only to kill off a few of them.
Barry has not been heard of since his small cameo of RE3,heck Becca has been feat. in more games then Barry but all which takes place in the mansion part so none knows what happened to her after Raccon Outbreak.
Sherry I hoped and thougth was gonna be part of RE5 Iam not sure anywmore though does not seem like it anymore.
And many othe characters that need to have closure of some sort but seems RE5 will feat more new characters which we never seen in the series at all so better give plenty of flashback too past character then if they are to introduce yet new ones.

I would like to see Bruce return. I found him more appealing than Leon.
The likes of Barry, Carlos, Billy and HUNK would also be welcome. Not so much Rebecca though; Ive never liked her.
We can expect Ada to definitely return in the future but the rest of these characters seem to have disappeared in to thin air which Im not fond of.

Well leon got involed with the government to protect sherry so shes probably grown up in some foster home somewhere and is living a normal life now, though it would make sense for her to seek out claire once old enough which she would be now. The girl we all thought was sherry has turned out to be this allyson character correct?

Thats ok.
As for a Barry specific game...hmmm...I think Id like to see a game where Barry was one of a few characters to play as.

Ye but i mean as a 3rd person survival horror like RE1, not as a light gun shooter ^^
I like them alle..... Just not Rebecca Chambers, for me they {EDIT Spike: please dont use bad language.}her up in RE1.
I never like her.....awful voice in the ps1.... I alway let the damn hunter kill her b)

Shes a good character, and Capcom could really delve more into her character...

I hated Steve with a passion, why i dont know just didnt like him but i do agree that part of the story does need to be finished off.

Can you really imagine him returning as some suped-up Wesker-esque being, whilst still retaining his pip-squeak voice? ;P
Agreed, I wouldnt mind seeing him return to the series but in a minor way; not as some newly resurrected action hero (think Leon from pedestrian to super agent of the seven seas).
