hey does anyone know when resident evil will be released on the european psn
Virgin Interactive and Eidos publishing the first 3 Resident Evil's in Europe along with Dino Crisis. So Capcom Europe don't have the publishing rights, but as far as I am aware they are in talks and will update us when progress has been made.
I was curious as to why it was taking so long to release these games on PSone Classics. So Virgin and Eidos still own the rights? Although I expect the rights to Resident Evil 3: Nemesis would now be in the hands of Square Enix.
I don't see what the big problem is, though. These are all brilliant games, so they'd be crazy not to release them.
That said, the Nintendo DS version of the first Resident Evil is probably the best version (even with the censored cutscenes), excluding the REmake.

First 3 Resident Evil games on the Playstation Store.
That would solve a bit of my problem, that being that I would like to buy Resident Evil 2 and 3. Unless I've misunderstood, the first 3 Resident Evil titles would include 2 and 3, but not 0, right?
Is there a chance of the games being released in the near future?; I'm eager to buy them as soon as possible.
Yeah, Zero doesn't count towards the first 3 resi's. Just 1, 2 and Nemesis. If the PS2 games start coming to PSN, then maybe Resi CVX will be released too, but I can't see Nintendo giving over Resi Zero (or REmake, for that matter).
