I know that AAI is going to have only the English translation, but there will be some differences between the American version and the English version?

I doubt there will be any differences. I didn't notice any differences in the British versions of the previous games. There isn't really much point in making any changes since the American version is perfectly fine as it is. Sure, there might be the occasional spelling difference, but few people get worked up over it.

Most localisation changes which occur between American and British releases are to do with differences in culture which may cause problems for British players. For example, puzzles involving telephone numbers or currency may need to be change. I doubt Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth would need any changes.
