I pre ordered copy's of TvC at my local game shop. and on the day of the release they told me they dint get a single copy nor did other holdings of their company. now its been a while after the release and they still cant get a hold on the game what the freaking hell is going on here Capcom Benelux?
Well, here in Portugal there wasn't even a pre-order option... All the stores I've seen up to today still don't have the game.
Hurray Amazon.
In the UK (as already reported) there seems to be some supply issues at retail. My local game, gamestation, tesco and morrisons either only had a few copies or nothing at all (plus I looked in Truro and Bude in Cornwall and its the same for the shops I tried there too). My local hmv store seems the only shop that has had it in any quantity.
Online seems the best bet for getting the game.

I am kinda shocked about this. the Benelux already is an outcast region for some developers (probably thanks to the poor PR agency's that work here) But if even the UK and Germany (the 2 most important country's according most developers) dont get supplied... maybe some one needs to poke some one :poke: or point them out that they have a contract :rulez: otherwhise just fire them! :scared:
I got it a day before releas date so the 28th because I pre-order it at GameMania also Dimensionplus had it but a day late though but there sold out now but the there will get the second shipment on the 9th most online stores have that date and is the same date that the stores selling the Arcade Stick will also be in stock.
Do I smell a conspiracy ?
Maiky, you might wanna check your sources before insulting not only the company, but also the whole PR sector in general.
I've had nothing but positive experiences and the sweetest people helping me when I'm involved with Dutch PR services.
Also, I've heard around, and according to my friend scattered across the country, there's several copies in major stores near them.
Bart Smit, Game Mania, DimPlus (Didn't check that, but I'll take Tri-gamer's word for it :) ) , and Media Markt in Rotterdam.
What chain are you trying to get the game from anyways?

I only support game shops sins the guys at those stores dont even know what lost planet is.
Oke maybe i got off on the wrong food with Capcom benelux. But it was never attended to be at the promotion of the game. It was more about the whole distribution of the game. how could this have gone so terribly wrong?
Well, I swung by Media Markt today, and they had plenty of copies. I was shocked, quite honestly.
Still, now I want to see if I can find the arcade stick anywhere. Not that I want it right now, since I'm out of funds, but just for the sake of knowing that it exists XD
Bol.com has the game in stock now (feb the 9th) for orders and also has the Arcade Stick I just got mine today and it rocks :D

I and some NiSuTe members did some serious sherlock homes! We went to the following city's in the netherlands (in separate groups) to look for the game and to ask the shops if they had it or if they are going to get it.
Tilburg. only the Saturn had 4 of them and sold out on the spot they still have people waiting for it but don't expect (like the rest of the shops in Tilburg) to get it any time soon or at all.
Den Bosh. Had a few don't expect to get it any time soon or at all.
Breda. Had a few don't expect to get it any time soon or at all.
Utrecht. only the Media Markt had A few of them and sold out on the spot they still have people waiting for it but don't expect (like the rest of the shops in Tilburg) to get it any time soon or at all.
Leiden. Never had it and don't expect to get it any time soon or at all.
Dongen. Never had it and don't expect to get it any time soon or at all.
Oosterhout. Never had it and don't expect to get it any time soon or at all.
Den Haag. Had a few don't expect to get it any time soon or at all.

GOOD NEWS!! I GOT IT!!!
The only bad news is my gameshop had to IMPORT it from the US to get it. Luckily i do have A US Wii.

Its still a rare find in my city too! ...Glad you picked it up in the end though! :cool:

yeah like i said my shop owner had it imported from the US other wise i would still not have it.
