View Full Version : RE4 Strange Reward, Anyone else?

A Few years ago when I was having a blast practice on my mates PS2 before I embarked on the RE4 campaign myself, I was practicing my targeting on a few of the villagers.

What was strange about one of these villagers when I shot them, was the reward dropped by one in particular, usually the Ptas was never really anything substanial (1500 to about 3000), but this one villager dropped 8000 Ptas, my mate who was watching said to me no villager he had ever shot, gave that amount of cash reward.

Has anyone else ever got that amount for doing a villager over in RE4 and no it wasn't any in game boss either. Anyone? :chin:

I think I got 5000 on the GC version, but twas agesssssss ago, so maybe I remember wrong .. :blink:

Sounds like one of those very rare, once in a life time glitches.

Yeah mine was a few years back, probably a glitch of sum sort, just wanted to know if anyone had ever got it, my mate was pretty shocked about it at the time, he said to me he wouldn't have believed me if I had of told it happened, he was a massive RE 4 fan and brilliant at the game as well, on Mercs he was averaging 160,000 per round sometimes more sometimes less, I think his highest score was 180,000 185 or sumthing.
