READ & DISCUSS!
I quite enjoyed that interview, though I am still annoyed that people constantly seem to think it is racist, if you ask me, its people who constantly try to make arguments to say something is racist when its just different that causes serious break downs in equality, surely they would say its racist if it was set in Africa and there were no African zombies!
What I really liked was that the director came from a background of beauty adverts, I expect to see some moisturized and nurished hair in this game!

No matter how hard you try, no matter what you do there will always be people who look for an excuse with the racism card, whether it would be insitigating a war, causing a scandal or just for the hell of an argument. Total diplomacy has made the world overly soft and too many people will now quiver whenever a racist charge is held against them even if there intentions were noway directed as an insult at a race. Thats the world we live in, where saying one thing can be taken seriously out of context and we find ourselves in trouble for it and unable to back ourselves up. Some will seek to be aggressive for an excuse with regards to the racism card and the law gives little space even for self-defence.
Yea I know what you mean, I used the term the world isnt so black and white once, eyebrows were higher than... well something very high at least, im just glad that London has such a high diversity it makes people more educated about other cultures around here.

Preposterous, but a perfect example of political correctness gone wrong.
Nevertheless, minus the pedantry it was a decent interview. Great to see that motion capture is being used as well, the whole realism of Resident Evil will really be augmented with this.
yea i got the whole feel of how much they are using motion capture these days with some of the special features on degeneration
The new version of the zombies are not dead, but they are infected with a virus. Its like a strange parasite that lives in their spinal cord, the majini. So theyre not really dead. When you blow their heads off, a giant scorpion...thing...is exposed as whats inside them.
Sounds to me very similar to Las Plagas...
There were some rumblings about it being racist or whatever, but its set in Africa and theres going to be proportionally more black zombies than white zombies. It if was set in South America, or like Resident Evil 4, youd see more Latinos.
Well, done... Despite, the best response Ive ever seem about racism charges was this one (http://urbanlegends.about.com/od/dubiousquotes/a/michaelrichards.htm).

It was a decent interview.
Although, Im sure many wont appreciate the Wesker wants to infect the entire world comment. Weskers own comments in the trailers may have suggested this idea, but stating it outright like that could be classed as a spoiler in itself. Im not personally bothered by it though.
